     We'll also work together when negotiating with prospective buyers, and you'll benefit from my active and positive cooperation with all brokers, whether local or from outside the area.
     I'll maintain active contact with you, keeping you advised of showings, reactions, and prospective buyers' actions.
     
With 35 years of experience in capital equipment sales and management, I began my real estate career in mid-2003.   I've owned property on three Georgia lakes, including Oconee and Sinclair...my permananent home is on Lake Oconee.  I'll represent your interests exclusively, whether you're buying property, or selling.  My success is significantly based on repeat business, and referrals from clients I have served.
